CYRO® R30 acrylic-based multipolymer compound provides a new level of optical quality, minimizing cold mold haze on molded articles. In addition to high-quality appearance, this specialty grade demonstrates strong chemical resistance, melt strength, ductility and excellent cold temperature properties.
Parts can be solvent bonded, sonic welded, thermal bonded and spin welded. Additionally, they lend themselves to solvent polishing and flame polishing for extra high gloss applications. In most cases, tooling designed for ABS, Cellulosics, PVC and styrene can be readily used or adapted. Typical applications are tool handles, appliance parts, rods and tubes, fishing lures and faucet handles. |
